What we collect

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you choose to give us via the contact form: your name, email address, company and message. We do not collect any other personal information from visitors, and we do not require an account or login to use the site.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, profiling or any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send your enquiry from our website to our inbox. Resend processes your name, email, company and message solely to deliver that message, and holds it only as long as needed to do so. We do not share your information with any other third party, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers of any kind.

The site does load fonts directly from Google Fonts, so that our typography displays correctly. As a standard part of that request, Google may log technical information such as your IP address. This is not something we collect or see, and Google Fonts does not set cookies or track you across other sites. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Storage and security

Enquiries submitted through the form are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and land directly in our business email account. We keep enquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and to maintain our own business records, then delete them.

Your information, your say

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Get in touch at enquiries@boxxedin.com and we will action it promptly.
